The firm’s partners worked in the big five German strongholds of the property business in Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Hamburg. Over the years they have generated, advised and closed a significant number of large-volume transactions. In addition, they have been involved in portfolio transactions assets in secondary locations. The firm’s knowledge base thus includes smaller and medium seized towns.

This market experience has generated a broad contact base to so-called “local players”. This knowledge provides us with the ability to generate the local market information for investment decisions and potentially also for the financing bank.
