Situation:

Damant Investment was instructed by IKB Deutsche Industriebank to sell its office building in Seidlstrasse 26 in Munich. The bank was the main occupier of the building, with the remaining space let to a legal practice. The building was located in an established office area and comprised ca. 6,215 sqm with 53 underground parking spaces. Damant Investment succeeded in selling the property to a charitable organisation.
