Damant Investment acquired a new-build retail warehouse centre in western Berlin for a London-based charitable organisation. The project, which is still under construction, is an inner-city retail park, with ca. 21,000sqm lettable floor area and an annual rent of c. EUR 3.0M. Approximately 80,000 cars pass the site each day, and an underground railway station is situated directly adjacent to the site. Tenants such as OBI, Burger King, Dänisches Bettenlager and Multipolster contribute to the prominence of the location.
